    Shoptalk's Elevate Programme launched at Shoptalk Luxe this year with a clear purpose: to create a practical, closed-door forum for women leaders in retail. Across three sessions, the programme focused on the conversations leaders are actually having inside their businesses: how to lead through transformation, build influence, manage complexity, develop resilient teams and turn strategy into measurable commercial impact. The response at Shoptalk Luxe showed there is real demand for this kind of space that is specifically curated for female leaders and is senior, focused and action-oriented. That is why we are bringing Elevate to Shoptalk Europe 2026. Taking place in Barcelona this June during Shoptalk Europe, the Elevate Programme will bring together women leaders for discussions on leading transformation, building trust through change and creating high-performing teams.     Three weeks from today we’ll open Shoptalk Europe 2026 in Barcelona, and I'm looking forward to seeing you all there so soon. I’ll be interviewing some fascinating retailers at the show this year, which I’m excited to preview. Starting with Day 2, Weds 10th June, when I’ll be moderating a panel where retailers will unpack how they are evolving their businesses to provide ongoing Retail Media growth, called “Think Like An Agency, Grow Like A Retailer”. We’re going to discuss the structures & roles, processes & tools, and partnership approaches needed to win in Retail Media. My panelists will be: * Thibault Hennion, COO at Unlimitail, the global RMN joint venture between Carrefour and Publicis Groupe * Charina Lumley, MD at DOUGLAS Marketing Solutions, the pan-European beauty RMN * Amir Rasekh, MD of Nectar360, the data and media division of Sainsbury's All three bring extensive experience, expertise and insights that they are very willing to share.
