New feature: Video Proctoring and AI Analysis! In the current environment, the first filter in hiring has shifted from assessing skill to verifying trust. The proliferation of AI tools has made it increasingly difficult to distinguish between a candidate's genuine problem-solving ability and the use of external assistance. This lack of certainty often leads to productive time being wasted on interviews with candidates who cannot perform the work they demonstrated during a test. Key functionality includes: - Automated Irregularity Detection: The AI identifies and flags specific moments of concern, such as the use of unauthorized tools. - Targeted Review: Instead of reviewing full sessions, you can jump directly to flagged events to make an informed decision. - Reduced Interview Waste: Catch the use of unauthorized assistance early, so your team can focus on skilled candidates. You can enable or disable this feature in your account settings.
