We are very pleased to welcome our newest intake of sponsored marine cadets from across the UK and Brazil, who have now embarked on their onboarding with Subsea7. It is the start of an exciting journey as they take their first steps into the marine industry. The first day gave them the chance to meet their fellow cadets, gain valuable insights into Subsea7 and engage with a range of onshore colleagues who will play a key role in supporting their development. These connections form a foundation for their learning, giving them direct access to the experience, guidance and encouragement needed as they prepare for their first time offshore. At Subsea7 we are incredibly proud to support these cadets as they embark on their cadetship, and we look forward to following their progress as they grow their skills, confidence and careers with us. Our senior vice president for Global Projects Centre East, David Bertin discussed the success of Türkiye’s first deepwater offshore gas project, the Sakarya development, while participating in the 7th Vizyon 100 Digital CEO and Leaders Summit in Izmir. Subsea7 is proud to support TP-OTC as a trusted strategic partner on Sakarya, contributing global expertise and local commitment to make possible Türkiye’s long-term energy ambition. David describes Sakarya, discovered in 2020 with first gas delivered in 2023, as a transformational development for Türkiye – where real ownership, alignment and a determination to succeed between the operator, its partners and the extended supply chain have been key to success. He adds that digitalization will support measurable performance improvement, while we and our partners focus on delivering safe, efficient operations as the development enters its next phase. Subsea7 continued its partnership with the Association for Black and Minority Ethnic Engineers (AFBE-UK) by supporting the AFBE Scotland Career Roadshow at the University of Aberdeen earlier this month. With seven exhibitors and more than 120 students and graduates, the event brought together future STEM talent, industry professionals, and employers for an afternoon of insight and connection, empowering students and professionals from ethnic minority backgrounds to excel in their careers. In the spirit of Being7, our team supported attendees through CV reviews, career coaching, mock interviews, and conversations focused on helping them take their next steps with confidence, reflecting our commitment to empowering future talent. It was inspiring to see such enthusiasm and ambition, and we were proud to showcase how Subsea7 provides an inclusive place to grow, thrive, and build a career you can be proud of. #Being7 #MakePossible

Innovation Days 2026 is underway at Subsea7 Norway in Stavanger, where Vice President Erik Femsteinevik opened the event by welcoming more than one hundred guests from companies operating on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS). In his introduction, Erik highlighted how collaboration between operators and suppliers continues to further innovation and strengthen the offshore industry in Norway. He noted that Innovation Days – now in its 9th year – has become a recognised arena for knowledge sharing and joint problem solving in the region. Today’s programme showcases the breadth and capability of Norway’s offshore and subsea sector when we work together with a shared purpose. Keynote speaker was Kjersti Dahle from Sokkeldirektoratet, with further insights from Aker BP ASA, DNO Norge AS, OneSubsea, Equinor, 4Subsea, NOV, and Subsea7 specialists, covering: fast-track field development, automation and optimisation, early phase value creation, HPHT challenges, diving operations, and partner-driven reuse of flexibles. The day will conclude with Aker BP’s perspective on one of the most remarkable reservoir development journeys in the NCS.
