Against the backdrop of almost constant change, how can organisations re-engage their teams, build confidence, and empower their people to embrace it? We partner with some of the world’s largest organisations to solve complex change challenges by focusing on the human element: the experience, capability, culture, and behaviours that determine whether transformation succeeds. If this sounds like what you need, we’d love to start a conversation: https://hubs.li/Q04jbFgC0 #LT26 #LearningTechnologies #LnD #AIadoption #AIenablement

One of the threads running through our recent webinar with Josh Cardoz and James G.: AI adoption keeps stalling at the point of enablement. Strategy is in place, and tools are procured, but the people expected to use them haven't been given the clarity, confidence, or context to make AI part of how they truly work. This is the gap L&D is positioned to close. The recording is live. If you're working through how to bring your organisation along on AI, it's worth your time. If you missed our recent webinar with Josh Cardoz and James G. the recording is now live. The session unpacked why AI adoption keeps stalling in organisations that have invested heavily in the technology, and what changes when L&D leads on the human side of the problem. Josh and James covered: ☑️ Why AI enablement is L&D's defining test. 💰 What poor enablement is costing organisations right now. 🙌 A framework for people-led adoption. 🚀 Examples from organisations making real progress. A week on from Learning Technologies Exhibition & Conference 2026, and we're still thinking about the conversations we had at the event. A pattern kept showing up: The L&D leaders we spoke to have the ideas, the technology, and the ambition. What they're wrestling with is whether the people all of that is meant for are really being reached. It’s a hard problem, and it doesn't have a single answer. People enablement is defined by what works, not by format or technology. We work alongside learning leaders to investigate what strategic components are getting in the way. At the core of all these conversations is always a deep consideration of the human at the centre of all the machinery: understanding their experience, mood, environment, and finding efficient ways to influence and help them grow. If any of that sounds like where you are right now, we'd welcome the conversation. Get in touch here: https://hubs.li/Q04fF2010 #LT26 #LearningTechnologies #LnD

What do high-performing enablement teams know about high-stakes change? A topic that is going to be bigger than ever in 2026, and one Josh Cardoz sat down with HR Spotlight to discuss.
https://lnkd.in/eq9aYpiE - 3 Myths That Will Derail Your Change Initiative In the world of high-performance teams, speed isn't a demand—it’s a result of clarity and coordination. In an insightful guest article for HR Spotlight, Josh Cardoz, Chief Creative & Learning Officer at Sponge, argues that many organizations are stalling because they rely on myths that ignore the reality of today's #workforce: #GenerationNumb. Josh, a recognized authority in learning and development who has partnered with Fortune 500 organizations, shares why the first 90 days are critical for creating belief and relevance before an initiative quietly stalls. "The most effective leaders create the conditions that allow teams to move together. With clarity, connection, and conditions in place, the pace sets itself." — Josh Cardoz https://lnkd.in/eq9aYpiE - 3 Myths That Will Derail Your Change Initiative #HRLeadership #HR #HRTips #WorkforcePerformance #ChangeManagement #EmployeeEngagement #HRSpotlight #SpongeGroup #FutureOfWork

Observations from Learning Technologies Exhibition & Conference 2026. 🤖One: If last year was: “LOOK! AI!” This year was, “How do we make it work?” 📢Two: The most overworked phrase was ‘AI success is all about PEOPLE.’ True. Indeed – a truism. We observed the follow-up content was often flimsy – with the ‘so what’ somehow becoming feature promotions. Genuine discussions about humanity, the experience of people, the impact of community erosion, and the supercharging of self-study caused by AI (the latter highlighted by Myles Runham from Fosway Group) – were few and far between. 😱Three: It stood out how much L&D is looking at AI as a threat to their own value in the organisation. The phrase “the death of L&D”, “the sunset of L&D”, and “the end of L&D” all cropped up in talks. *But* there were some strong counterarguments to this, showing L&D leaders how to reframe their value. These counterpoints emphasised how L&D’s role as the source of organisational intelligence and evidence-backed learning expertise strengthen its position more than ever, as teams moves away from being ‘course factories’ (credit to Laura Overton for the phrase). Undoubtedly, the status quo is not an option. The mood was one of urgent innovation, both from vendors and L&D professionals, with mixed quality in terms of approach. On these themes… For more on the true human experience of all this change, see the data behind a workforce in survival mode https://hubs.li/Q04d-Kk00 For more on the relationship between AI, stalling adoption, and how high-performing learning functions are innovating in response - sign up to our mailing list here, where we’re launching a series on this in May. https://hubs.li/Q04d-LTk0
