This is a hybrid role based at our Paddington HQ three days a week (Mon, Tue, Fri), with two days remote. Working closely with our Creative Lead and Growth team, you’ll lead design projects from concept to completion across paid social, CRM, and print. You’ll also act as our AI design pioneer, experimenting with emerging tools and embedding AI workflows into our team processes to move faster and smarter 🚀 👉 The role is for you if: - You have significant experience in graphic design (Figma & Adobe Suite). - You’ve integrated AI into your creative process to enhance ideation or production. - You’re comfortable balancing brand craft with performance data. - You have experience in studio environments and art directing shoots. Back in 2018, we realised there was a huge problem in the world of skincare: people don't just struggle with their skin – they struggle with how they're supposed to deal with it. With no truly effective solutions out there, low confidence levels and high frustrations make it difficult for us to bring our best selves to the day ahead. We knew there had to be a better way to give everyone's skin what it really needed. So, with a small (but growing) team of dermatologists, pharmacists, direct-to-consumer experts and other brilliantly innovative people, we decided to change the face of skincare.
