About us

Hertility is a women’s health company built by women, for women. We’re shaping the future of reproductive healthcare by pioneering unique diagnostic testing that provides data-driven and advanced insights into reproductive health, fertility decline and the onset of menopause. We provide expert advice, education and access to care - all from the comfort of your home. Our research trials are a step towards fixing the currently flawed system. 31% of women will suffer from a reproductive health issue at some point and through our research, we aim to reduce the time to diagnosis through advanced at-home testing and specialist gynaecological care. We tailor pathways to the individual's reproductive goals, whether it be to explore their ovarian health and fertility options or overall hormonal health, such as confirming a PCOS diagnosis. Currently, we can diagnose 9 of the most common gynae pathologies which may lead to reduced fertility and signpost gynae cancers. Ultimately, our aim is to change attitudes around reproductive health, both for individuals and in the workplace, and to encourage women to be proactive by tracking their reproductive health. We’re calling this the Reproductive Revolution!

How should women be thinking about investing in their fertility? In this week’s episode of Raising the Curve, Soph sits down with Deirdre O'Neill O’Neill, co-founder of Hertility, for a candid conversation about what “investing in your fertility” actually means, medically and financially. We unpack: • Why testing one number (AMH) is not the full picture • The gap between “just freeze your eggs” and truly understanding your hormone profile • The rising cost of IVF and whether we are funding treatment instead of prevention • Egg freezing as a workplace benefit and the bigger question that sits underneath it • Biological clocks, career timelines and the pressure to “do it all” One stat that stopped us in our tracks: if every woman currently on a UK gynaecology waitlist stood shoulder to shoulder, it would span 191 miles. This episode is not about fear. It’s about autonomy. Because the scariest position to be in is not knowing your options. Whether you are actively thinking about children, unsure, or simply want a clearer picture of your health, this is a nuanced discussion about trade-offs, timing and why information is often the most powerful investment you can make. 🎧 Watch the trailer below and listen to the full episode: Listen on Spotify https://lnkd.in/dn4vX_J3 Listen on Apple https://lnkd.in/dmhMvgNX Watch on YouTube https://lnkd.in/dHsJkqCD

  • We're thrilled to announce Hertility as the Strategic Content and Scientific Lead Partner for the Women’s Health Summit at The Longevity Show 2026 at its inaugural event on 26–27 June 2026 at Tobacco Dock, London. The Women’s Health Summit will sit at the heart of the event, which brings together 4,000 engaged consumers alongside 500+ clinicians, founders, investors and industry leaders shaping the future of preventative health and healthspan innovation. Hertility will co-lead the scientific framing and programme development of the two-day Summit, ensuring women’s biology is positioned as central to longevity science, not secondary to it. Carolyn Dawson, Co-Founder of The Longevity Show, said: “Partnering with Hertility ensures the Women’s Health Summit is grounded in scientific rigour and clinical credibility. Our ambition is to build a longevity movement that is inclusive, evidence-led and commercially transformative.” Dr Helen O'Neill Helen O’Neill, Co-Founder & CEO of Hertility, added: “If longevity science is to be accurate, women cannot be treated as a variation of male biology. They must be studied, measured and supported in their own right. This programme is about evidence, diagnostics and preventative healthcare infrastructure.” Deirdre O'Neill O’Neill, Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Hertility, said: “Longevity is accelerating, but its infrastructure is incomplete without women’s health at the centre. This Summit will convene leaders across science, AI, diagnostics and clinical practice to shape where the sector goes next.” The Women’s Health Summit will explore reproductive ageing, hormonal health, AI-enabled diagnostics, data and preventative infrastructure, setting a new benchmark for how female biology is positioned within the global longevity movement. Honoured to be invited to join former First Lady Dr Jill Biden (Chair of the Women's Health Network) and Esther Krofah of the Milken Institute for an intimate roundtable hosted by Professor the Lord Darzi of Denham OM KBE PC FRS, bringing together leaders across medicine, policy, and innovation to discuss the future of women’s health. It was a privilege to showcase our work at Hertility for what felt like a much needed a solutions-focused conversation spanning AI-enabled diagnosis, maternal health equity, fertility, gynaecology, menopause and the role of data in closing long-standing gaps in women’s healthcare. Grateful to Lord Ara Darzi for convening such an exceptional group at Imperial College London, and to Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust including Professor Tim Orchard for such an open discussion. Why does "Women’s Health" at work so often start and end with fertility benefits? Reproductive and hormonal health is a lifetime journey, not a single life stage. If your benefits and policies ignore the daily reality of hormonal health, PCOS, endometriosis, you aren’t supporting the whole person, only one stage. To help your colleagues thrive, you need to provide proactive care that supports them every month, at every life stage, and through every hormone health challenge.

  • 📣 We regularly hear that a key challenge business leaders face is finding genuine, impactful ways to change culture and prove to teams that their wellbeing is a top priority. By formally recognising key reproductive and hormone health dates, you can create opportunities to dismantle stigma, educate all employees, and show a genuine commitment to your colleagues’ wellbeing and unique experiences. 💡 Did you know: Around 42% of women feel uncomfortable discussing health issues, particularly women’s health concerns like periods, pregnancy, and menopause, with their managers. To help you build a culture of psychological safety, we’ve put together a comprehensive calendar full of ways to support, celebrate, and educate your team through every reproductive life stage. • We’re excited to be sharing three of our latest research projects from the Hertility Research Team, selected for presentation at Fertility 2026. 📊 Our work sits at the intersection of access, equity, early diagnosis and digital innovation in reproductive health, reflecting Hertility’s mission to improve how women understand, access and experience fertility care. How Accurately Do Women Report Their Menstrual Cycles? 🗓️ Using data from over 380,000 UK-based women, this analysis explores menstrual health awareness, including knowledge of cycle length, period length and perceived cycle regularity. We examine how awareness varies by age, reproductive history and ethnicity, highlighting important gaps in understanding the implications for both diagnosis and care pathways. Reducing Barriers to Fertility Care with Remote Reproductive Health Testing 🩺 Drawing on survey data from individuals actively trying to conceive, this work examines the structural and informational barriers women face when navigating fertility care in the UK. We explore how at-home reproductive hormone testing can support earlier insight, reduce delays to diagnosis and improve engagement with care. The Prevalence of Autoimmune Conditions in Women with Confirmed Reproductive Health Conditions 🔎 This analysis evaluates the relative risk of autoimmune disorders in women with self-reported reproductive conditions, identifying significant associations with endometriosis and diminished ovarian reserve. The findings reinforce the need for more holistic, systems-based approaches to reproductive healthcare. Together, these projects reflect Hertility’s commitment to evidence-based innovation, and to building more equitable, accessible and integrated models of reproductive care. We’re looking forward to contributing to important conversations across research, clinical practice and policy – and to connecting with others working to improve outcomes for women. If you’d like to learn more about our research, we’d love to connect. • Hormone Health is officially en Vogue  ✨ A proud moment for the Hertili-team to be featured in British Vogue! In a deep dive into the innovations shaping FemTech, Vogue highlights how Hertility is moving reproductive science out of the lab and into the hands of women everywhere. From at-home testing to clinical care pathways, we are proud to be recognised for closing the gender data gap. The irony isn't lost on us: While we’re celebrated in the world’s most iconic fashion magazine, social media platforms continue to restrict and shadow-ban essential health conversations. As Hannah Coates writes in the piece: “At a moment when advanced AI models... are widely believed to be trained on datasets riddled with historical gender bias, tools like GYN-AI have the potential to shift the landscape, embedding female-specific data at the very foundation of health-tech innovation.” Our CEO, Dr Helen O'Neill, has long championed the fight against the systemic censorship plaguing our industry. Algorithms frequently flag medically accurate terms like "menopause" or "hormones" as "inappropriate." This creates a digital barrier to life-changing health education and reinforces the outdated idea that our bodies are taboo. We’re grateful to Vogue for giving women’s health the platform it deserves. It’s time the rest of the digital world caught up. Censoring ANATOMY fuels shame, silence and worsens health outcomes. The powerful Dr. Aziza Sesay wrote this song to destigmatise the words we use about our own bodies. The irony is that even sharing it gets flagged or shadowbanned, while we’re trying to normalise the language in the first place. Every share, like, download, stream and repost counts. We stand united- we will rally together and make some noise. Help reduce suffering that happens in silence. Help protect women and children. Help save lives. 🙏🏾 Links are below to buy, download, stream and share. Crucially, the net proceeds fund menstrual health workshops in Sierra Leone. This deserves the Christmas number 1 slot. THEY ARE NOT BAD WORDS! 🙌 Tonia Daley-Campbell & Dr. Aziza Sesay 🙌

Road to Christmas no. 1! We can do it if we all rally together. They are not bad words! The irony is that we are being shadowbanned and censored trying to destigmatise 🫠🙃. Every share, like, download, stream, every interaction counts. 🙌🏾 Please help us make history together. 🙏🏾 Help us on this mission that could reduce suffering (often in silence) and improve outcomes. 🙏🏾 Help us to protect our children. 🙏🏾 Help us to save lives. 🙏🏾 Links are in bio to buy, download, stream and share. (Remember net proceeds go towards funding menstrual health workshops in Sierra Leone.) Thank you so so much to everyone who continues to support. We’re taking the stigma out of the charts this Christmas. 🎄 #theyarenotbadwords
