We’re pleased to share a recent win from our Specialist Commercial team. This case demonstrates the value of persistence and specialist underwriting. After narrowly missing out last year, we worked closely with the broker to revisit the risk, and through ongoing discussions identified the right structure to secure cover. By agreeing bespoke terms with insurers, supported by a broker commission adjustment, we were able to place this complex risk—despite a £10m+ sum insured and a significant prior biomass boiler fire loss.
