About us

The Everywhen Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that builds temporary, community-driven villages to foster creativity, connection, and sustainability. We create immersive gatherings in resonant, meaningful places—sites that feel alive with story and purpose—where art, community, and environmental stewardship converge. Incorporated on September 25, 2020, the Everywhen Project exists to counter social fragmentation and ecological harm by nurturing communal, co-created cultural experiences. What We Do: Community Villages We design and steward intentional gathering spaces where participants build, camp, cook, create, and solve problems together. Art & Cultural Programming Through collaborative art, myth-making, ritual, and storytelling, we cultivate environments that evoke curiosity, creativity, and conscious expansion. Environmental Stewardship All gatherings operate under Leave No Trace and Do No Harm principles. We honor the land, manage waste responsibly, and embed ecological care into every level of production. Community Development Programs such as Space Makers grow and support open third spaces—physical places where authentic connection and cultural regeneration can thrive. Flagship Gatherings: Constellation City Our annual desert village in the Black Rock Desert, known for large-scale geoglyph layouts, immersive art, and fire-safe installations. Everywhen in the Woods A forest-based gathering in the Santa Cruz Mountains devoted to love, story, and harmony. This 3-day, 2-night immersive experience centers on ecological restoration, candlelit communal dining, acoustic installations, and curated third spaces. Why It Matters Modern society faces rising isolation, declining third spaces, and ecological disconnection. The Everywhen Project responds by creating participatory cultural environments where: - Art is lived, not displayed - Story shapes community - Nature is honored as teacher and collaborator - People leave more connected than they arrived
