The COVID-19 pandemic is a prime example of a crisis that has affected the world on an unprecedented scale.
Today’s businesses face unprecedented challenges operating in a global environment that is highly disruptive and increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA). The current hyper-VUCA threat environment demands a more cohesive support structure for crisis leaders who may be faced with crises of increasing magnitude and frequency and, in some instances, multiple crisis events simultaneously.

A sparkling stage at Hotel InterContinental was the perfect setting for the first-ever Vendors of the Year 2015 awards held last night in Singapore, organized by Human Resources magazine.
With more than 350 people in attendance, a total of 120 trophies were handed out to the most respected vendors, service providers, and consultants in Singapore.
The winners were determined by a two-tier selection process. First, the finalists were identified through an extensive online survey of HR managers in Asia on their preferences.
These finalists then submitted documentation to verify their credentials, which was validated by a panel of 19 HR leaders from some of the region’s largest employers.
In effect, for every category, be it recruitment specialists, HR technology providers or mobility consultants, the very end users of such services were the ones who made the critical decision of selecting the best.
