80+ people have had their professional upbringing at Sana. Meaning: Sana was their very first job after graduating (or dropping out). I’ve come to believe your first job matters more than your education. It sets your reference points: what good looks like, how fast you move, and how much care, kindness, joy, and ambition you think is normal. Those standards tend to stick. New grads built big parts of Sana. For an early-stage company, they can be one of the biggest arbitrage opportunities, if you do it right. Doing it right means creating an uncapped environment. When that happens, something special follows. They don’t just learn fast—they shape you in return. They show up uncapped, naive in the best way, fearless, hungry, and incredibly sharp. What that takes in practice: - Give them much harder problems than they would get anywhere else  - Provide context, not control (define the goal, then let them decide how to get there) - Run an extremely tight feedback loop (daily, especially early on) - Pair them with someone who believes in them more than they believe in themselves I’ve observed this happen repeatedly, seen people grow from day one into leaders who shape our company. A few that come to mind: Fredrika Hillström, Jasmine Bergdahl, Axel Riese, Lisa-Marie Borne, Henrik Schröder.
