Groupe Clarins, now a newly certified #BCorp, shared how they've been rethinking every part of their business and their journey toward certification — proving that global companies can lead on climate and care for people at scale. Together, the panel explored how tools like #BCorpCertification help businesses stay accountable, and why collaboration across companies and sectors is key to solving the climate crisis. To create relevant and impactful standards, we knew we needed input from experts across many different disciplines. B Lab Europe is looking for a Senior Digital Learning Operations Coordinator! We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Senior Digital Learning Operations Coordinator to join our Operations Team. In this role, you’ll manage the backend of our online training platform—overseeing user onboarding, course deployment, coordination with tech providers, and day-to-day platform operations. You’ll also support internal teams with digital tools, manage external contributors, and help run our training marketplace. This position is part of the Operations team, which plays a key role in enabling B Lab Europe’s mission by ensuring smooth internal operations across finance, HR, legal, IT, and administration.
