Two weeks ago, we celebrated the final gala of our flagship educational program at Amazon Development Center Poland. Over 50 high school students from the Tricity area presented the tech projects they had been working on for months — some of them already using AI or integrating with Alexa technology. Last week we had the pleasure of inviting incredible young talents to Politechnika Gdańska as part of the #GirlsDoEngineering initiative! 💡💻 The event was a fantastic opportunity for participants to explore career paths after different engineering majors and specializations. Female scientists and experts shared insights into their work, presented fascinating projects, and answered students' questions about their studies and future careers. One of the highlights? A tour of the university's advanced laboratories, which was a huge hit with the participants! 🔬🔍 💬 The program featured inspiring lectures, including topics like intelligent processing of music and speech, behavioral data analysis, and the impact of biomedical engineering on modern medicine. The evening wrapped up with an engaging film screening, making it a truly immersive experience. On March 8—International Women’s Day, we had the pleasure of inviting a group of ambitious young women to the ManpowerGroup Poland Gdańsk and Experis Poland office as part of the #GDEClub meetings, powered by #AmazonDevPL in close collaboration with Cyfrowy Dialog. It was an inspiring day filled with career guidance, networking, and real-world insights into opportunities in tech. The #GirlsDoEngineering participants explored our office, learned about career paths after science studies, and discovered how to increase their chances of landing internships and jobs in industries that excite them.
