VE are hiring! *Position: Creative Associate* *Overview*  Viral Edge is looking for a sharp, organized, and creatively driven individual to be deployed full-time on the PepsiCo account. The role combines research, design, and storytelling, crafting visually compelling decks and communication materials that bring PepsiCo’s thought leadership brand narratives to life. *Key Responsibilities* Develop engaging presentation decks and communication materials for internal and external audiences. Build narrative-led, insight-driven decks that align with PepsiCo’s tone and brand direction. Conduct research to strengthen content with relevant insights, benchmarks, and trends. Design graphs, infographics, and data visuals that enhance clarity and impact. Collaborate closely with PepsiCo’s Corporate Affairs and cross-functional teams to visualize ideas with structure and creativity. Maintain brand consistency and design excellence across all touchpoints. *Requirements* Strong command over PowerPoint, Keynote, and Canva. Skilled in presentation design, layout structuring, and visual storytelling. Experience in research-based content creation and data visualization. Ability to translate abstract ideas into clear and compelling visuals. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and openness to feedback. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to creative problem-solving. *Work Setup* Hybrid Model: 3 days a week at PepsiCo’s office & 2 days work from home. Reporting: Functionally aligned with PepsiCo’s Corporate Affairs department; Reporting to Head of Public Policy, Government Affairs & Sustainability (PepsiCo Pakistan & Afghanistan), administratively managed by PepsiCo and/or Viral Edge.
