PepsiCo can’t be defined by a single person - we’re powered by thousands. A cheers to everyone who plays a role in bringing our food and drinks to the world! (Shoutout to our CSO Jim Andrew for sparking the inspiration behind this one.)

We know how much our consumers love our potato chips—and we are committed to making their journey to you more sustainable. Through our partnership with AB Texel, we are transitioning to #BioLNG fueled trucks to transport potatoes to our production facilities in the Netherlands and Belgium. This shift will help us cut up to 2,545 tons of CO₂ emissions per year—an important step toward reducing our environmental impact. Watch this short video to see how shifting to a more climate-conscious transport method is helping to make a difference, one truck at a time.👇 #pep+ #PepsiCo #pepsicopositive

In 2024, we kicked off 16 new water replenishment projects across 9 countries that restored over 1.7 billion liters of water to local watersheds. From restoring farmland with the Arbor Day Foundation in the Dominican Republic to improve water retention and biodiversity, to helping the Edwards Aquifer Authority in Texas boost irrigation efficiency and reduce stress on the local aquifer, our projects are helping farmers and their communities not just on #WorldWaterDay but every day.

Aan from the HR team loves having lunch by this custom mural that spans the length of the office pantry. "This space is the heart of our office, where we spend our breaks exchanging stories and brainstorming ideas over coffee," he says. "The mural really brings the space to life, with its bright colors and scenes that celebrate our country’s culture and spirit. It makes for a perfect backdrop to our conversations."
