  • Today, Randstad and LTM announced an intended 360-degree strategic partnership. The goal of this partnership is to enable both organizations to focus entirely on what they each do best, creating long-term opportunities for employees, clients, and talent. Under the proposed collaboration, LTM offers to acquire Randstad's Technology and Consulting Services business in Europe and Australia. • “It's not an age of contraction. It's an age of adaptation”. The job market is changing faster than expected, says our CEO Sander van 't Noordende, on CNBC this week. In fact, 70% of the jobs Randstad serves today didn’t exist 65 years ago. The real differentiator is the ability to adapt to transformation. As organizations continue to embrace AI, we’re seeing a clear shift in skills needed to fuel growth. Our latest data shows that AI skills can act as a “fast pass” to promotion and pay, with up to 25% higher pay and promotions up to 3.5x faster for new entrants who combine AI certifications with strong soft skills. In this Age of Augmentation, the future of work is being built through the partnership between human capability and AI. To succeed, leaders must embrace skills-first strategies and continuous upskilling, empowering talent to move faster into the advanced roles that businesses need.
