In a strategic move to foster deeper collaboration between Malaysia and China in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), MYEG is partnering with Beitou IT Innovation to jointly establish the Malaysia-China Innovation and Cooperation Centre — the Flagship China-ASEAN AI Lab. Set to be located at Zetrix Tower, the AI Lab will be focusing on the convergence of Blockchain, Generative AI, and Robotics. It will drive the development of cross-border applications and tailor AI services to align with local cultures and values. This initiative marks a significant step in realising the shared vision of both governments to position AI as a key pillar of digital transformation in the region. We had the privilege of engaging with students from the School of Computer Science, University of Nottingham Malaysia for an insightful sharing session on blockchain and Web3. Dato’ Fadzli Shah, Co-Founder of ZETRIX, shared valuable industry insights and explored the potential of blockchain in shaping Malaysia’s technology landscape. As part of our CSR initiative, this session aimed to elevate awareness of blockchain and Web3 while providing students with a platform to explore career opportunities in this evolving space. Spreading the Spirit of Ramadan 🌙✨ MYEG had the privilege of hosting an iftar gathering alongside Pusat Pungutan Zakat – Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan (PPZ-MAIWP), welcoming 40 children and their guardians from Pertubuhan Baitul Ehsan AlKhairi. The evening was filled with warmth as senior leadership members from MYEG and PPZ-MAIWP personally distributed duit raya to the children, bringing smiles to their faces as they awaited their iftar meal. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment, MYEG contributed RM2,500 in cash, groceries, and sports equipment to support the children's home, while PPZ-MAIWP, through the wakalah fund, extended a financial contribution of RM5,000 to further aid their needs. In conjunction with this special occasion, MYEG and PPZ-MAIWP launched the new Waqf Online Payment System via the MYEG portal, making waqf contributions more accessible, secure, and seamless for all. #MYEG #PioneeringDigitalTransformation

Women make up 40% of Malaysia’s tech workforce but remain underrepresented in leadership and high-growth fields like Web3, blockchain, and AI.
