A lab technician may temporarily access patient data for a specific test. Static roles can’t handle this fluidity — they lead to over‑provisioning and compliance risks.

Subhra Shankar Banerjee posted thisJust had a small discussion with Refrigerator serviceman who came to fix the device due to some gas leakage and other problem. It is a 10 years old device. As per him, it needs to be replaced and has exhausted its time period and needs to be changed. Me: Why the device went off so bad in just 10 years. In my home town, we have Refrigerators running well for 20-30 years. Reply: If the device runs well for so many years(20), how will the company business grow. If its gets broken beyond repair and parts becomes obsolete, then people will be forced to buy another fresh device. New models are coming and people needs to buy them and things will fall apart in few years(mostly less than 10 yrs) which will increase the demand of repair mechanic and demand for new device. So company will have business and people will have jobs. I started thinking does all our devices/equipment/instruments falls in this category. So ideally this falls into "Just enough or Minimal engineering" and not good engineering.

Well it depends a lot on which team or project we are in and what is visibility of that team or its manager to higher leadership and what is value of that project or team to the organisation and whether that project is doing any profit and what is your existing CTC compared to peers. Based on these factors, it depends whether we are getting those work which creates value
If these factors are against us then how much dedication we show and perform nothing will happen. Even if we want to perform or ready to do the work, we will not get the opportunity to showcase capabilities.

USA and china has also lots of people gathering for religion and other things. And India has lots of places where technology and manufacturing. Learn to do an apple to apple comparison or Atleast apple to oranges but not apple and chicken kabab.
