Agile-Driven Training Approach:
I wanted training to be practical, not just theory. I used an Agile approach, breaking learning into small, actionable steps trainees could apply immediately.
- Short, Focused Learning Sprints - We tackled sales strategies in two-week cycles.
- Daily Check-Ins - Quick morning huddles helped track progress and address challenges.
- Real-Time Feedback & Adjustments - Strategies were refined based on actual client interactions.
- Prioritizing What Matters - We focused on high-impact activities like follow-ups and relationship building.
- Review & Improve - Each sprint ended with an assessment of what worked and what needed improvement.
Results Achieved:
- Trainees gained confidence and started closing deals faster.
- 80-90% achieved their sales targets within weeks.
- They adapted quickly to client needs and market changes.
- Collaboration and peer learning improved significantly.
