20 Days Minimum, No Hard Ceiling
Great work starts with real time off. We offer and encourage a minimum of 20 days PTO annually (more if statutory by country). We avoid “unlimited” PTO as it often results in less time taken, not more. We trust you’ll get your job done and take the time off that you need, including time beyond your allocation if necessary.
