How to export visitor data from Dropbox DocSend

The information in this article applies to customers on DocSend Standard, Advanced, Advanced Data Rooms, and Enterprise.
You can export a CSV spreadsheet of all visits to content housed in your Space for Team folders or for individual files.
How to export visitor data
To export visitor data for a Space:
- Navigate to the Space you want to export data for.
- Click ☑ (more options).
- Click Export visits.
Notes:
- Admins have access to export visits from documents that are visible to them.
- Members can only download and export visits from documents that they own.
How to export visitor data for a file:
- Click the file title within a Space or Content library.
- Click ☑ (more options) in the upper-left corner.
- Click Export visits.
Important: Only the Space owners and collaborators have the option to download the Space CSV
Visit CSV data
The CSV spreadsheet will highlight information about the visit and visitor:
The following data will be included when exporting visit data from a Space:
- Contact name: Populates when Signable document is completed (includes access gating agreements)
- Contact email: Populates when Require Email to View is enabled.
- Name
- Space link
- Space link owner
- Content name
- Content link
- Content version
- Content visit date (date + time in UTC)
- Duration
- Downloaded at: When downloaded from the DocSend document viewer
- Printed at: When printed from the DocSend document viewer.
- Percent completion
- Location
- Device (mobile, desktop, tablet)
- Atypical visit
The following data will be included when exporting visit data from a file:
- Created at
- Name
- When any Signable Document is completed (including access gating agreements)
- Link Name
- Link Owner
- Total Visit Duration
- % (Visit) Completion
- Content version
- Account
- Downloaded at
