How to use the Dropbox Sign template gallery

The Dropbox Sign Template gallery makes storing and finding relevant document templates easy.
You can search for templates in the Template gallery and select from a variety of them such as business, financial, human resource, tax and real estate*.
Note: If you’re on a free account, you can create a template through the Template gallery. However, in order to use the template, you’ll need to sign up for a free trial or a paid plan.
Template gallery page
You can have an overview of all the created templates in the Template gallery page.
To go to the Template gallery page follow the steps below:
- Log in to app.sign.dropbox.com.
- Click Templates in the left sidebar.
- Click Template gallery on the dropdown menu. From there, you can select an existing template or create your own.
Shared templates
If you’re part of a team, you’ll find shared templates that you or other team members have used in the Template gallery page.
Note: Team admins settings will determine if team members can share templates within the team.
