Can another person and I save our signatures and sign docs from the same Dropbox Sign account?

No, multiple people should not sign a document from the same account.  We identify each sender by his or her email address, so it's crucial that one e-mail address (your Dropbox Sign account login) is linked to one single person, and only that person's signature is saved on the account.

If different names are signed from a single Dropbox Sign account, this threatens the integrity of the signatures, and could potentially invalidate a document signed in this manner.

For this reason, each person must have his or her own individual Dropbox Sign login. If someone in your family or organization would like to use Dropbox Sign too, he or she may sign up for an individual account on our sign up page.
