Dropbox Sign email invitation links no longer valid

Invalid invitation links

If you click on an invitation link in your email and get an error that the link isn’t valid, you may need to change the security settings in your email account. You can:

• Ask your email administrator to add app.sign.dropbox.com and mail.hellosign.com to their approved domain list.
• Ask your email administrator to add IP 198.61.255.111, 69.72.47.246, 143.55.224.101, 143.55.234.242, and 161.38.193.231 to their approved IP list.
• Add noreply@mail.hellosign.com to your contact list.

If these don’t work, you can try another email account with different security settings.
