Do not associate branch with PR when PR is closed #3009
Description
- Check out a branch associated with a closed PR
- See that the PR views show
Generally, if a PR is closed, then we can consider that PR as unwanted. We should not enter review mode and show PR views when checking out a branch for a closed PR.
