Please address these issues. The best way is usually to read reliable sources and summarize them, instead of using a large language model. See our help page on large language models.

This draft's references do not show that the person meets Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion for people. The draft requires multiple published secondary sources that:
  • provide significant coverage: discuss the person in detail, not brief mentions or interviews lacking independent analysis;
  • are reliable: from reputable outlets with editorial oversight;
  • are independent: not connected to the person, such as interviews, press releases, the subject's own website, or sponsored content.
Please add references that meet all three of these criteria. If none exist, the subject is not yet suitable for Wikipedia.

I think any evidence of notability in this draft is borderline, at best. Primary sources do not count, nor does routine business reporting, esp. when it's about organisations this person is associated with rather than about herself. (What's more, some of the sources don't seem to even mention her.) Ref #3 seems okay, but not sure about the others. Besides notability, there's also nothing that would obviously indicate that she is noteworthy in any particular way; this just describes someone going about doing their work. I'm sure she's very good at it, but so are many people who nevertheless don't get included in a global encyclopaedia. What makes her stand out from amongst her peers? How is she significantly 'moving the needle'?
