European Individual Accreditation – The EIA accreditation is an internationally recognised professional designation for coaches and mentors. It recognises the quality of your practice, your commitment to continuing professional development, reflective learning, and ongoing one-to-one supervision.

European Supervision Individual Accreditation – The ESIA accreditation recognises the crucial role supervisors play in developing best practice in coaching and mentoring. It recognises the quality of your supervision practice, your commitment to continuing professional development, reflective learning, and your own ongoing one-to-one supervision.

Individual Team Coaching Accreditation – The ITCA accreditation recognises the quality of your team coaching practice, your commitment to continuing professional development, reflective learning, and ongoing one-to-one supervision.

Individual Programme Manager Accreditation – The IPMA accreditation is for people leading coaching or mentoring programmes, whether it is just one part of your role or a main function. It recognises the quality of your practice and gives users of your programme management services greater certainty of your knowledge, skills and ability.

International Standards for Mentoring and Coaching Programmes – The ISMCP accreditation is awarded to organisations designing, delivering, and evaluating mentoring and coaching programmes either in-house or externally. It is an integral and essential step on the path to establishing the professional credibility and status of good mentoring and coaching programme management.

European Quality Award – The EQA is a five-year accreditation for training programmes that meet the highest standards for content and quality. Education and training organisations may apply for their programmes to be awarded at one of four levels: Foundation, Practitioner, Senior Practitioner and Master Practitioner. Each level builds on the previous level in terms of depth and rigour.

European Supervision Quality Award – The ESQA accreditation, for providers of coaching and mentoring supervision training, recognises that their programmes meet stringent, professional global standards. The accreditation is awarded for five years, after which the provider can apply for renewal.

Team Coaching Quality Award – The TCQA accreditation is for providers of team coaching training which recognises that their programmes meet stringent, professional global standards. The accreditation is awarded for five years, after which the provider can apply for renewal.

Programme Manager Quality Award – The PMQA accreditation is for providers of programme management training which recognises that their curriculum and delivery meet stringent, professional global standards. The accreditation is awarded for five years, after which the provider can apply for renewal.
