ProcessPlot measures what your team applies from training. Run a 30-day pilot and replace guessing with data.

About us

Training should drive results, not just attendance. Most programs end with the session. Without follow up, it is hard to know what changed or if anything did. ProcessPlot measures what your team remembers and applies. Follow ups in Slack or Teams reveal how learning is used in daily work. You get data on retention and application. This helps you focus support where it is needed and design future training based on evidence. Move from guessing to real impact. Prove what works and what does not: whether it is manager training, sales enablement, policy and process changes or newbie onboarding programs.

Updates

  • What happens if you make training available to the team in a channel they already use for work? In our recent pilot with Tallinna linn | City of Tallinn, we put this to the test. 31 team leaders received change management training reinforcement embedded directly in Microsoft Teams through a series of automated microlessons. The result? 73% of responses to knowledge checks and feedback came in under an hour. As one team leader noted: "A very good tool to use after training to reinforce what has been learned!" Training is critical for developing skills, but to make the knowledge stick, it needs to fit into the daily workflow without disruption. Fully case study in the comments below.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of looking at how internal training is managed at Swedbank Estonia. Thank you Eesti Sisekoolituse Arendamise Liit for organizing the event! The two most important takeaways for us: ⏳ Skills have an expiry date: The World Economic Forum reports that 39% of current skills will be transformed or outdated by 2030. Local data from OSKA 2035 shows that more than half of the workforce needs immediate retraining or upskilling to stay relevant. Technology changes work tasks so fast that constant learning is the only way to keep up. Reports linked in the comments. 🎯 The gap in measurement: The "million dollar question" from the audience was training impact measurement. In many teams, leadership often lacks a clear view of how learning leads to business results. At ProcessPlot we are working to solve this by bridging the gap between what happens in the classroom and business outcomes. Training is a strategic investment, but it only works if you can see the result. Thanks again for a great event! #learninganddevelopment #futureofwork #upskilling

Most corporate training programs leak. Research shows people forget up to 70% of what they learn shortly after a workshop ends. We recently ran a pilot with the Tallinn Strategic Management Office (Tallinna linn | City of Tallinn) to see if embedded learning via a Microsoft Teams training robot could fix this. By meeting 31 team leaders where they already work we achieved a 100% participation rate, a 15% boost in confidence and 73% of responses within the first hour. Link to the full blog post and the PDF case study download in the comments.

  • Investing in employee training pays off twice: boosted productivity for workers and more time for managers to focus on strategic tasks. A recent study (link in the comments) found that upskilling frontline employees increased their output by 10% and reduced their need for managerial assistance, contributing to nearly half of the program's total benefits. For L&D teams, demonstrating measurable results is key to securing approval for training programs. #LearningAndDevelopment #EmployeeTraining #WorkplaceLearning

Today our co-founder Mattias Liivak attended the Eesti HR Selts / Estonian HR Society HRxJuht series talk with Ott Pärna. The discussion focused on leadership lessons, building educational institutions and managing change. Three ideas stood out for us from the event and signal that we are solving the right challenge: 🔁 When communicating change, the message starts to reach the audience only when you feel like you've already repeated it too much. We believe the same is true for with workplace learning. One-off training sessions need to be amplified and repeated so they don't get lost in the noise. 💡 Acquiring theoretical knowledge and applying it in real life are two different things. ProcessPlot is designed to nudge people towards putting into action what they've learned in trainings. 📊 HR should view itself as a strategic, not support function. For this, financial impact and ROI of L&D activities need to be clear cut. ProcessPlot makes the long-term return of training investments more visible. Looking forward to the next event!

• L&D teams use frameworks like Kirkpatrick and Philips to measure training impact. But even with these methods, one question is hard to answer. Did the training lead to real behavior change? Research shows that without reinforcement, people forget about 70% of what they learned in training within a month. Many teams measure knowledge acquisition through training completion rates, one-off quiz scores or smiley sheets. These methods don't show whether employees apply what they learned on the job. An essential step before connecting training to business results is to understand how well the knowledge sticks. ProcessPlot is built to help you measure what comes after the initial training. Our approach reinforces memory recall through spaced learning, social proof, and engaging follow-up questions. Get in touch for a pilot - and help your team remember and apply more from their training. #LearningAndDevelopment #FutureOfWork
