Yesterday, we had the pleasure of looking at how internal training is managed at Swedbank Estonia. Thank you Eesti Sisekoolituse Arendamise Liit for organizing the event! The two most important takeaways for us: ⏳ Skills have an expiry date: The World Economic Forum reports that 39% of current skills will be transformed or outdated by 2030. Local data from OSKA 2035 shows that more than half of the workforce needs immediate retraining or upskilling to stay relevant. Technology changes work tasks so fast that constant learning is the only way to keep up. Reports linked in the comments. 🎯 The gap in measurement: The "million dollar question" from the audience was training impact measurement. In many teams, leadership often lacks a clear view of how learning leads to business results. At ProcessPlot we are working to solve this by bridging the gap between what happens in the classroom and business outcomes. Training is a strategic investment, but it only works if you can see the result. Thanks again for a great event! #learninganddevelopment #futureofwork #upskilling

World Economic Forum reports that 39% of core skills will be outdated by 2030. Local OSKA 2035 data (SA Kutsekoda/ Estonian Qualifications Authority) shows that more than half of the workforce needs immediate training to stay useful. Organizations trying to upskill their teams face a problem: 80% of new knowledge is forgotten in a month if it is not revisited and applied. We tackle this by nudging people to use new knowledge for daily tasks. Measuring if knowledge sticks and leads to action makes it possible to link training to business results.

Building Excellence: Why Corporate Development is the Heart of a Modern Bank 🏦 Corporate development is more than just attending seminars; it’s about creating a unified professional language within an organization. My recent training at the Kapitalbank Academy (shown in these photos) was a powerful reminder that a bank’s greatest asset is the collective intelligence of its people. When a company invests in the growth of its team, it’s investing in its own resilience. For me, corporate development means: Aligned Values: Learning to provide feedback and communicate effectively ensures we are all moving in the same direction. Collaborative Intelligence: Training sessions are where silos break down. Working through cases with colleagues from different departments builds a stronger, more agile institution. Operational Excellence: Better soft skills lead to better risk assessments and more efficient decision-making. I’m proud to be part of a corporate culture that prioritizes continuous evolution. We don't just work together; we grow together. #CorporateDevelopment #Kapitalbank #BankingCulture #TeamSynergy #ProfessionalEvolution #ContinuousLearning
