    Earlier this month Rivian Automotive founder RJ Scaringe joined our founder Caspar Coppetti for an edition of On Stage. It was a candid discussion with our team on a shared passion for sustainability, the Explorer Spirit, and how optimism is an essential ingredient for entrepreneurship. On Stage offers inspiring and insightful conversations streamed globally around our offices. Scaringe shared insights from the early stages of launching his electric vehicle manufacturing company, how he grew his team, built meaningful partnerships and stayed true to the goal of creating dynamic products that truly excite people. “What drives the vast majority of product decisions within Rivian is that we want our products to inspire people to do the kinds of things they want to remember for decades.     Teams across On – from Digital to Strategy and Sustainability – have spent the past two years collaborating on a project to evolve our Cyclon™ program.  Serena Bonomi, Head of Circularity and Tobias Breme, Head of Cyclon™, were key partners linking our teams together to launch our new circular services program – which starts with Cyclon™ Resale, our resale, donation and recycling platform. Alongside the pride and the deep responsibility the team feels in this milestone, they share more on our team’s sentiment in this journey. “Cyclon™ will be On’s way to take responsibility for items it sells – to ultimately keep our products moving. This has been a team driven by immense passion and belief. By effort and dedication — beyond daily responsibilities,” says Tobias. “Cyclon™ has been and is a project deeply rooted in On, since its pioneering inception as subscription based program and certainly now as we unveil its new form as a circularity services program.     In 2022, we launched our Cyclon™ subscription as a first step in our circularity journey. We learned a lot from the subscription-based model, and now, we’re taking those learnings to make our circular services more accessible to more people around the world. Today marks the next chapter of Cyclon™ – transitioning from subscription and evolving into a circular services program. Starting with Cyclon™ Resale, our new resale and trade-in platform for On products. With Cyclon™ Resale, you can shop refurbished On gear or trade in your favorites for a reward – all with the aim to keep it moving. And with trade-in, any items that can't be resold are donated. Today, those collective efforts take form in our final 2025 results. Our financials stand as the most powerful in On’s history. Behind every number we report are stories of dedication, and the result of thousands of individual moments of excellence across our offices, warehouses, and stores. The financial highlights:  The 3bn milestone: For the first time, On crossed the 3 bn Swiss franc mark (nearly 4 bn USD). In this single year, we matched the total sales of our first two years as a public company combined. This reflects 35.6% constant currency growth – an incredible acceleration over the prior year. Continued global momentum at scale: We saw exceptional performance across every geography – with Americas growing 23%, EMEA at 35%, and APAC at 107%. Strategic category expansion: Apparel grew by 76% and accessories by 135%, now representing 7.0% of total sales. Crucially, over 60% of these sales flow through our high-margin DTC channels. Retail acceleration: We closed the year with 18 new retail locations added in 2025, we now operate 67 owned retail stores, complemented by 45 monobrand stores with our key wholesale partners. Financial excellence: We delivered a record gross profit margin of 62.8% and adjusted EBITDA margin of 18.8% - already exceeding our 2026 aspirations, and further strengthening our cash position to more than 1 billion Swiss francs.     Introducing our newest LightSpray™ factory, now open in South Korea. Following the opening of our first factory in Zurich last year, the second factory near Busan adds another 32 fully automated robots, set to increase global LightSpray™ production capacity 30-fold in 2026. What began as a four-year development journey, followed by the opening of its first dedicated facility, LightSpray™ is now ready to scale. The factory launch coincides with the introduction of the LightSpray Cloudmonster 3 Hyper – the first shoe upper sprayed at the new factory and the the ultimate companion for long runs and tempo runs, featuring full-length Helion™ HF hyper foam and “Sprayed in Korea” visible on the inside sole.
