Tim Tam is giving the UK the chance to go Down Under ✈️   In our latest consumer promotion, we’ve partnered with Tesco to offer shoppers the opportunity to win 1 of 5 unforgettable trips to Australia, in collaboration with Qantas.   Running nationwide across Tesco stores, the promotion invites shoppers to purchase any Tim Tam pack at Tesco and upload their receipt for the chance to win an Aussie Escape. Designed to create excitement in-store and spark engagement with new shoppers, the campaign invites UK consumers to discover everything Australia has to offer.   With Tim Tam now available across all major UK retailers, activations such as this help build out brand presence and continue our momentum in a key international growth market.   Because what better reward for discovering Australia’s Favourite Chocolate Biscuit than a trip to Australia itself? • From our bakeries to our corporate teams, The Arnott’s Group simply wouldn’t be the same without the dedication, creativity, and expertise of the women across our workforce.    In an industry long perceived as male-dominated, women continue to lead the way in our manufacturing operations, and we can proudly say that six of our eight manufacturing sites are currently run by female leaders.      To all the women of TAG, past, present, and future, thank you and Happy International Women’s Day. Your impact can be tasted in everything we make.

  • Our Chief Supply Chain Officer, Tim Morgan recently sat down with Ishan Galapathy for an episode of 'Excellence Unlocked', discussing leadership and the drivers of meaningful engagement. A thoughtful conversation worth checking out.

Employee engagement is not something you can implement. It starts with leaders who genuinely value people. In the latest episode of Excellence Unlocked, I speak with Tim Morgan, Chief Supply Chain Officer at Arnott’s, about what leadership looks like when it’s done well at the ground level. Tim’s story, from safety coordinator to senior leadership over nearly three decades, isn’t about titles. It’s about understanding one simple truth - performance follows connection. In this conversation we cover: - Why leaders often make engagement more complicated than it needs to be - How simple, human actions, floor walks, using first names, candid conversations, lead to meaningful results - What leaders at senior levels must do differently to keep teams energised, not exhausted - Why belief in people is the most underrated leadership capability This discussion is practical, grounded, and deeply human. If you lead teams, functions or change initiatives, there are ideas in here that will resonate. Find the link in the comments. I’d be interested to hear what stood out for you. #excellenceunlocked #podcast #employeeengagement #leadership

  • Last week, our Virginia bakery team had the pleasure of welcoming members of the National Association of Women in Operations (NAWO) for a behind-the-scenes tour and panel discussion.                The visit was a great opportunity to showcase our operations, people, and to highlight our ongoing commitment to building an inclusive workplace. It also allowed our team to connect with professionals from across industries and exchange valuable perspectives and learnings.    The panel discussion featuring Rachael Miller, Juliana Vukotic and Kayla Powell sparked thoughtful conversations about the moments that shape careers in manufacturing, the different pathways to leadership, the power of mentorship, and the importance of strong support networks.   Thank you to the NAWO team for partnering with us to deliver this event, to our panellists, and to everyone who attended.

  • Earlier this week, our Crackers & Crispbreads team helped Sydneysiders ease back into work with a free, delicious Cruskits, Salada and Vita-Weat lunch or snack in World Square. Sharing a taste of what many Arnott’s team members regularly enjoy in the office, the pop-up showcased the versatility of our classic Arnott’s crispbread range by offering three simple and tasty topping combinations. The standout pairing on the day? Vita-Weat topped with tuna, cucumber, and a hint of spicy mayo. Thanks to everyone who took a moment out of their day to enjoy a bite with us. Michelle F. Last Wednesday we had our very first Bring Your Kids to Work Day at North Strathfield – and what a day it was!     We welcomed 33 kids aged between 4–12 for a delicious day of fun, creativity and laughter. The kids decorated biscuits & cupcakes with our products, invented their own Shapes flavour and designed a pack for it, built Vita-Weat towers and were treated to a magic show.  Talk about a delicious day! It was a particularly sweet day in the office as we hosted another Bake & Create session with our longtime partners, Camp Quality.   Led by our own Vanessa Horton and the Arnott’s Foundation team, we welcomed eight families dealing with the impacts of cancer to our head office for some creative baking and laughs.   These sessions are a much-loved part of our partnership with Camp Quality and something our team really looks forward to. There are few things better than the smell of fresh brownies, kids’ giggles, and families having fun together – it was a terrific way to start 2026.   Thanks to Camp Quality for the opportunity to create delicious moments like these.
