We are excited to share the successful registration of the Getmee trademark. 🎉 This is more than a certificate on the wall. It's a marker of a growing global positive impact through our platform, now serving a large number of job seekers, students, and migrants across Australia, Latin America, the UK, and India. Registering our trademark is a commitment to the people who use Getmee every day and our partners who trust us. The brand stands for something and now it's formally protected. 🙏

  • We are delighted about our continued work with MTC FutureReady. A great example of a collaboration to adopt AI responsibly with purpose and people at the centre.

This week, I had the opportunity to sit down with Rob Marshall, CEO of MTC FutureReady in Sydney. We covered a lot of ground. The shifting labour market, the real impact of AI on youth employment, and the increased pressure governments around the world are facing to get serious about workforce redeployment and capacity building. Young people entering the workforce today are facing a job market that is being disrupted and reshaped faster than most education and training systems can respond. How do you support workers displaced by AI transition while simultaneously building the workforce capabilities that a technology-driven economy actually needs? They're the same problem. MTC FutureReady is doing some great work in this space and we are grateful for the collaboration.

  • Last week, our partners at Ominio signed a Letter of Intent with the Secretaría de Educación del Gobierno del Estado de Yucatán, alongside the Secretary of Economy, to address English language proficiency in universities at a systemic level. For Getmee, this represents more than a partnership. It’s a clear signal of economic uptake in the global shift toward AI-powered workforce development. While we continue to deliver strong employment outcomes locally across Australia, we are now scaling internationally to drive economic participation and social mobility at scale. This is not traditional learning but AI integrated into operational education systems, driving measurable employability outcomes. Government-aligned partnerships in Mexico, alongside growing traction in India and the UK, demonstrate that outcome-driven, scalable AI solutions are becoming essential national infrastructure for workforce development. Now is the time to support and scale technologies that improve real economic outcomes, not just learning outputs. #Getmee #AI #EdTech #FutureOfWork #WorkforceTransformation #Australia #Mexico #GlobalExpansion #SocialImpact

  • Looking back on a packed and important week at the #NESA AI Summit in Sydney. We were proud to have Balendran Thavarajah represent Getmee on the Industry Expert Panel, sharing real-world insights on deploying AI across employment service providers in Australia. A few key takeaways: 🤝 It’s people + AI, not AI alone Real progress happens when government, providers, and technology partners work as one system, not in silos. 🎉 Thank you Chris Smith at ReadyTech and Joel Steers at MicrotechDPS who also joined the panel. A huge thank you to Kathryn Mandla and the National Employment Services Association team for a successful event. 🔗 http://getmee.ai/ #Getmee #NESA #AISummit #FutureOfWork #EmploymentServices #AI #ResponsibleAI #WorkforceTransformation

The NESA AI Summit in Sydney this week was exactly what the employment services sector needed right now. A room full of people genuinely grappling with the big questions - not just what AI can do, but how to adopt it responsibly, practically, and in a way that keeps people at the centre. We heard from government policy influencers, industry experts, representatives from DEWR, and the Director of the National AI Centre. The conversation was honest, grounded, and forward-looking. A few themes: 🤝 Responsible AI adoption is a collaborative effort. Government, employment service providers, and AI solution implementors don't get to solve this in isolation. The system only works if all three are moving in the same direction. 👥 It's you and AI - not just AI. The organisations that will get this right are the ones that bring their people on the journey. Technology doesn't transform services. People equipped with the right technology do. 🎯 AI is now making personalised employability skills delivery possible at scale. And smart job matching - drawing on a rich range of attributes across thousands of jobs. That's a meaningful change for job seekers who've been underserved by one-size-fits-all approaches. This is the conversation the sector needs to keep having - with the same openness and collaborative spirit that was in that room. I enjoyed being part of the Expert Industry Panel, sharing our experiences and learnings from delivering Getmee AI solutions to Service providers in Australia and the UK, and to State Governments in Mexico. A huge congratulations to Kathryn Mandla and the entire NESA team for bringing the sector together and creating the space for real learning and honest dialogue.
