I am on the beach, surfing web in sunlight and cant see shit because the screen is very dark. After 1 or 2 minute screen dims and its unusable.

You don't need updates every month. Software stability is more important than number of updates. HyperOS 3 is rock solid, very fluid and stable. I don't want to be a beta tester like Samsung users ;)
