to feature a Si/C Li-Ion was a Honor Magic 5 Pro released in 2023.
with it's 5450 mAh battery size.
it was a standard slab phone such as Samsung Ultra,
not a foldable with their limited space.
Honor are the pioneers in Si-C battery tech.
if we look from that perspective,
and that it took 3 years for Honor to bring the Si-C to global markets,
i think a 5000mAh Si-C for this S Fold Ultra is a good start.
previous model had 4400...
they can't suddenly jump to 6k or 7k like Honor can,
but it's a good start that they even opted for Si-Ca in the first place,
since they're heavily investing in semi-solid battery tech.
seems like the future with the mentioned battery tech is near,
but not near enough for Samsung to just change from using Li-Ion directly to SSB.
they are getting pressured even from the Apple, let alone the Chinese brands.

This phone looks great, especially when unfolded because, no folding phone in this world have anti reflective coating in display. Crease is much better than last year and battery is also good

Really there isn't any big improvements from the Z Fold 7 but battery is just no enough.
