Why didn't Samsung put a 5G modem in the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2? Apple has 5G in there smartwatch already. Why doesn't Samsung follow in Apples footsteps and add a 5G modem as well.

What good will the Watch Ultra2 do me if it has no 5G SA connectivity but 4G LTE connectivity only? I'm on T-Mobile and as I understand things T-Mobile is shutting down there 4G LTE network and no longer allowing 4G LTE only devices to be activated on there network anymore but 5G SA devices only. I really want the Watch Ultra2 but not if doesn't have 5G SA. I guess just I'll stick with my 2025 Watch Ultra.

Battery should be at least 2000 mAh othervise fine by me.
But i am not fan of smartwatches.
David Hasselhoff in knight rider series from 80s era had smartwatches capable of taking even a pictures.
Theses one does not even have a camera what a shame. And we are almost 50 years from filming the first part of first series which been recorded by NBC back in 1982.

You must also consider the fact that the screen size and brightness has been increased along with process, which can limit the increase in mAh practically.

800 Mah Battery, great for Smartwatches... If it will be available, I will buy White one... I'm done with Dark Colored Smartwatches...

It seems strange to me that neither in the article nor in the comments does anyone mention what I noticed in the photo that shows it from the back. EN13319. It is the international certification of diving equipment. It is something I have been waiting for desperately! I am sure that it will be combined with a nice diving program, so that we finally have a dive computer with Wear OS in the diving community. (happy! ! ! )
