The S24 Exynos was a huge disappointment and barely better than the S22. Reception and GPS on the Exynos S24 was inferior to the older S22. When getting firewood out bush with my father, he received a call on the S22 I'd passed on to him, while my S24 had zero signal. S25 is a far superior phone to S24. I've bought another as a spare because the larger S26 doesn't interest me.

The battery? Take a good care of it and maybe it'll survive until it stops getting software updates 🤷♂️

Johnweyn, 16 Apr 2026How is the battery usage and SoT?In my case, it's hard to say because I use the A15 as a daily runner at work, and the S25 sits at home most of the time and is only used in the evenings and weekends. So far, I've drained the battery from 54% to 5% and only fully charged it once since unboxing so I currently have 47% charge after 4 days of using it. It drains about 2-3% of the battery overnight, but as I said I don't use it much, so I can't precise yet

I just picked up a brand new sealed s25 256gb in a beautiful silver shadow yesterday for £470 from ebay and it looks like a decent upgrade from the s23, although the s23 isn't the slowest I can feel significant difference in speed. The s23 is still ok but I want long updates so I took the s25. I really like it to be honest, looks great in this color.

We should see samsung in the upcoming S models offer an 200 Megapixel wide and 50 ultra wide 50 telephoto in the base and the s + models because that price is a lot for a 50 mp camera i can just spend 200 dollars more for the ultra

Bought this used after using Xiaomi 15. Everything is just as good / better, except battery life.

You should be outing Samsung for these bad practices rather than defending them. We are talking about premium 800$ phones.
S25 and S25+ were very dissappointing phones. Now we have the S26 and S26+ which still uses very old sensors and the later is AGAIN just a chipset change. Very dissappointing all around.

I have S25 since launch day. 25W charging was never an issue. You should instead focus on the specs. SD8 Elite and 12GB RAM. This little phone is a beast and will feel snappy and uptodate for the next 6 years easily.

S24 also has 12gb in some regions and it has much more over the S23 than the S25 has over the S24.
S24 has a larger, much brighter and LTPO screen, it has a larger vapour chamber and upgraded fingerprint sensor, it has a slightly bigger battery and big long term support advantage of 7 years. The S24 will still receive upgrades in 2031 while the S23 would be stucked on 2027. And the full Galaxy AI suit.
S25 is a scam as it no where near has this amount of advantages over the S24.

Sorry Samesong but S25 has same charging speed as S20FE. Shame. I've bought used S24 instead.
