Another crap phone that will becomes obsolete in two years.

Please don't go for any Motorola phone as they have worst after sale service. My phone is under warranty and I have deposited it with their authorised service center and 9 days have elapsed and no resolution is in sight. They say that mother board has not been sent by the company till date and they don't know how much time it will take.
I am now thinking of moving a consumer court for redressal.
Please think twice before you buy a motorola mobile phone

Anonymous, 18 Jul 2026well saidI kind of like Xiaomi software because they still allow bootloader unlock and you can easily remove any software from their devices and flash custom software onto it. Not many manufacturers allow this sort of thing nowadays. Just look at what Samsung did recently. They completely removed fastboot mode and made it literally impossible to root their OS or even flash custom ROM. Samsung sucks whereas Xiaomi rules!

Piku , 15 Jul 2026Use a cheap DAC with AMP you can get pretty good sound from Type C portThe usb-c converter adapter by design will deplete your battery much quicker than a classic 3,5 mm audio jack. Trust me. Been there done that. I can confirm that nothing beats the old-school audio jack in terms of price and quality and more.

Sometimes even the biggest companies fail to understand what people really want.
In the Moto 70 Pro, the dual Nano SIM variant has no eSIM support. On the other hand, the eSIM variant comes with only one physical Nano SIM slot. But why?
What's wrong with offering the best of both worlds? Two physical Nano SIM slots plus eSIM support? That would give users maximum flexibility and satisfy a much wider range of customer needs.

Interesting review. Its a good balance with the Edge 70 Pro — a premium design, clean software experience, and strong battery life without going into flagship pricing. The slim design is impressive, but I’m curious how it holds up long term with durability and thermal performance. It’s great to see more competition in the upper mid-range market!

The international version has 12, 24 and 81mm cameras.
And it is named as 70 Pro Plus in India ..

Non-flat screen is somewhat of a deal breaker.
But not a bad choice for someone who wants clean android. Found on Idealo that it can be had for less than 500€ in Germany.
Xiaomi 17T comes as only true contender IMHO.

S22 has 3: UW+main+tele while Edge 70 has only 2: UW+main. Zooming above 3x i am certain that S22 would give better results, even 7yo Huawei P30 probably would. Just not comparable.
But Edge 70 Pro vs. S25/26 is more fair, and just comparing the rewiews or looking at numbers Edge should be on top at zoom and at least very comparable in all other camera usecases
