Like pretty much any phone (Yes, even Apple and Samsung flagships) there will be tradeoffs and certain disappointments. With Motorola, better performance would be great but if it meant a higher price would that increase their sales? Maybe not as this isn't designed for those who believe they need high end performance. Still, even if this phone has some upsides, the Pixel 10a is hard to match in value in the US market especially as that has already been discounted and will receive further discounts.

GG3? Seriously?
Only phone that I owned that had a screen shatter was a Motorola with GG3, didn't even survive a 2ft drop.
This is pretty horrible at even close to that price.

Would be worth it if: SD 7 gen 4, 6500mah+ battery, 5 years support (4 android updates).
Even for 50-80 more
Sadly a no-go as is.

I have a flagship and an RX100 III and I rarely ever bring the camera unless I'm absolutely sure I'm going to use it because I can't just slip it in my pocket

Like I thought, 4 years old motorola can capture better details, if not for better dynamic range and colors in this new one, it would be way better. Shame 64mp was thrown away, quality of detail dropped which is visible even after years..
