I’m not sure whether to buy iPhone 17e or S20+6 Ultra.
The only issue with the 17e is that it’s a little small for me. But in every other aspects, it’s miles ahead of S20+6 Ultra.

The Pixel 10a might have slightly thicker bezels, but at least it doesn't have a notch. However, Apple at least made an effort to upgrade the 17e from the 16e.
The 11a will likely include the Tensor G5, which has worse battery life than the G4, so given that the 10a has the new modem, it might be the best A series model for a couple of years.

Keep your search limited to the IPhone 17e and never upgrade.

again, the s22 used to be a 6.1'' device. it was also 1mm shorter than the s24, despite larger bezels.
every other phone on the list (including the s26) is longer than 150mm. why is it outrageous to want something thats closer to 70x145 than 72x150?

Keep continuing to think 6.3" Android is way bigger and "not compact" despite having similar footprint to the 17e.
In that case, please go and use the The Galaxy Note, which used to be 5.3", clearly the iPhone 17e is a larger phone than that right?

s26 grew .1 of an inch this release, which is an especially funny example because it also got larger bezels. (it was a 6.1'' device on the s22!).

its pretty fair to say they keep growing, much like its also pretty fair to not want larger devices. i dont mind them, but old women do.

It's available for $320 (brand new) which approximately makes it around €280.
It's a 4 year old compact flagship and has all the bells and whistles you can ask for:
120hz Amoled display, proper triple camera setup, Ip68, type-C 3.2, great software support, etc. (except fast charging like other Chinese brands).
You think the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 won't be enough for these people who'll buy the iPhone 17e?
Most of them buying the 17e will be doing basic texting, calling, social media and content consumption with a dash of occasional gaming.
