The battery life improvements will come from the better modem and the G4,it’s a known chip now and Google have learn how to make it work better,plus better software.
The 10a is a good phone and once it gets below £300 it will be excellent value and highly recommended

Don't mention useless gaming performance or other benchmark scores here as those can be done faaaaar better in a PC equipped with even a mid range graphics card like RX 7600 or a RTX 4060. Smartphone can only serve its purpose for calling, basic internet use some casual video watching, navigation etc. For all advanced, intense use cases a smartphone is utter impotent device. What I love in Google Pixel phones is that its Compactness, Awesome Camera, Optimized OS with 7 year support, Zero bloatware etc The only thing let down is its price, a bit too high.

That's the overall score.
If they were to rank the processor performance and thermal management alone, the Pixel would be a 3/5 at best while other flagships would be at 4.5 and above.

Although I would really love to like Pixel phones, I have terrible experience with them.
The few I owned were absolute crap, like Google picked pieces from a junkyard and built a phone. Unreliable, slow fingerprint sensor, absolutely crap modem, factory defects (one of them failed a month after purchase due to a bad screen).
The only good thing is software, but these phones are terribly overpriced for what they are.

I live in the US. and we h... moreMotorola is also stateside too but they give their $2,000 Razr Fold a worse GPU than the Moto Razr (60) Ultra at $1,200, which I don't understand. Most of the OnePlus devices over there are Nord series phones if I'm not mistaken, while Motorola primarily sells the G series.

I'll consider the Pixel if they fix certain issues.
