Front camera is so bad.
It's a really neat device, but... again... price is the main culprit.
Had it for 2 weeks. Got slightly warmer during prolonged usage, but nothing concerning.
Cameras area really good - I'd say above S25 FE (except zoom). Battery is the real star (was able to get to 3 days with light usage - browsing, some YT, some social media apps).
Charging is alright, though a Galaxy A17 seemed to charge slightly faster. Speakers are pretty good (around A36 levels), fingerprint sensor is really nice (faster than A56). Now, screen is really bright, but I found colors to be somewhat washed-out, no matter the settings.
Overall, it's a really good phone, but... the price is kind of holding it back. Now, why is this? Well, in the eternal and fascinating Europe, the MARKET price is adjusted to include (you guessed it!) VAT... That's a 21% more... Aaaand final price... ~ $ 600... And that's for the 128 GB variant. I think even $ 500 is a bit steep. $ 600 is pure thievery.
Okay, since my S9 bricked itself I've been using the 10a. It is working great. Everything is nearly instantly fast except for certain bloated apps that take a second or two to load.. basic camera functionality is very very fast. I have not tested quality or AI. Night mode is great.
I have been running the phone most of the week without a reboot, no slowdowns. (Unless it reboots automatically overnight)
Touchscreen seems to stay accurate when wet.
Screen transitions took way too long... Developer options I reduced from 1.0 to 0.5
Anonymous, 11 Apr 2026They're gonna install Grapheneos. The only reason to buy pixels at this point.Still they said "bye Google" when they bought a Pixel, a phone made by Google lol
Truth to be told though, it's ironically the best Android device for de-Googling for now (Until no-Google Android becomes impossible I guess, something Google been craving for some time)

Been using this phone for a week, really disappointed in the camera. It's my first Pixel phone so I was expecting something better I guess... the photos look fine superficially, but the main cam is lacking any detail which means you can basically not zoom at all. The selfie cam is really bad and the images are very fuzzy. I'm also facing an issue where the phone sometimes doesn't wake up when I tap on the screen, but I'm assuming that is just a software issue that will get fixed in the future.
On the plus side, the battery is really really good, I easily get 8 to 9 hours of SOT on this. The phone feels amazing to hold in my hand, I like how fingerprint resistant the material is. The berry color is also the best colored phone I have ever owned.

300 EUR deal on my carrier for this. Thoughts? Was thinking of giving it to my dad maybe.
But the amount of hardware issues and bad quality control I've read on Pixels through the years are off the hook.
Just starting to use the Pixel 10a. got it open box for $400 it's lickity split fast, doesn't even get warm installing my apps over WIFI.
Have yet to see call quality and such but I mean, first world problems so far what's not to love.
Appreciate the plastic backing, less to break.
Boots up very quickly.
Am researching repairability, any teardowns yet?
