See that's why i inserted a whopping 64 GB ... moreIf it was gonna lag out of box, Xiaomi should have mentioned on the product page. If I would have known, I wouldn't have purchased it. All reviews I saw had glowing reviews with awesome performance. But nobody mentioned RAM.
So Xiaomi knowingly sold a trashy product which runs worse than 2017 low end phones.

See that's why i inserted a whopping 64 GB RAM memory into my homemade PC. No lags when playing 24 instances of crysis simultaneously.
Never buy a phone with less than 8 GB memory.
An ideal sweet spot would be 12 GB memory.

Says 12-bit color depth display, which is a big lie.
It only gets 12-bit by using FRC.
Most likely only a 8-bit color display FRC trickery.

Well the improvement is not only from the charger, proc etc, but the focus pen and stable keyboard. Pad 6 had bug sometimes you have to reattach the keyboard because when you press the keyboard, it isn't showing. But the minus is the keyboard letter color, it is grey, not white like in Pad 6. I think the Pad 8 the perfect one especially with WPS PC Level.

As a user of Xiaomi Pad 6 and 7, the only improvement i highlighted is just WPS PC Level and i saw the keyboard label back to white like Xiaomi Pad 6, 7 got grey and it really hard to use it in a room with dim light. Maybe this consideration for having a backlit in the future because using third party keyboard has a bit delay. I hope the improvement for Focus Pen is still exist from 6 to 7 (7 has the third button for Laser Pointer and Writing on screen).

And those 49 deg Celsius numbers are misleading.
This is not a phone, it's a tablet.
Those temperatures are simply CPU temperatures.
You'll only feel that in the area around the CPU, not the whole tablet.

I want xiaomi to release a lap-phone. Half laptop, half phone.
Basically a laptop with snapdragon or dimensity chipset , 64 gb memory and the best 16k cameras , at least 10 000 mah battery and most importantly sim card slot. And sd card reader, fm radio, audio jack all the good stuff. And lots of USB 3.2 ports and HDMI ports. Almost as a competitor to Nintendo switch 2
