Those non-Chinese who buy Huawei have done their research. I'm not loyal to any brands but like to buy different brands to see the differences. I'm past owners of Huawei, Xiaomi, Apple, Samsung, Sony, LG & etc. Now, I owned an Honor.

I am pretty sure they were not allowed to compare the benchmarks to any other phone besides Huawei ones. If that is the case, that is pretty sad. About a third of what the 8 Elite Gen 5 achieved, for what this phone costs, that is not enough 😅

Reserving the better main sensor for the more expensive tier of a device that's already $2K+ is kind of a scummy move on Huawei's part

to jump from 1900 to 2700 is very impressive even when you have been restricted ... thank god this wil keep smartphone competition live for long time more than what studies show

By the score I saw, seems that Kirin 9030 (vanilla, not Pro) is on par with Tensor G5 in terms of overall performance and in GPU Huawei wins. Google wins in CPU, but the issue?
How Google having the superior process had to screw hard with the GPU of the Tensor G5 delivering inferior performance compared to the Kirin 9030?
And seeing the optimization on their OS, the Kirin 9030 Pro is near on the Tier of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, which is impressive.
