For cinematic choose Apple. Apple is the best for this. I have iPhone 12-15 and video quality is great. I even say astonishing even for iphone 12. wtf ?? How it's possible?

Average to bad video recording. I really regret buying the phone: there is visible noise when recording videos at 4k 60fps and even stabilization is not reliable at all. I brought the phone for school, to make some small movies for some student contests (am a teacher) but the so called video boost brings more noise to the videos taken at dim conditions that actually makes them unusable. Am I the only one facing those problems? Google camera rating is down to 3.2 out of 5 on play store

Practically every new car has Qi1 charging pad. That means wireless charging of that phone in a car is impossible. 1000€ for a phone that cannot wirelessly charge in car? No thanks.

Camera shots...review saying something but the pictures completely different. Night shots are one of the best phones or even the best! I compare it with S25, Nothing phone, Xiaomi 15/15t pro.... and the pictures are the best. Very detailed, clean, almost perfect

For another, the subjective performance on a phone can still be good while the SoC is terrible. Nobody doubted that with the Snapdragon 810 in its day for example. That thing was inefficient and hot as hell and still went into every flagship phone of the year it came out in.
Also, Tensor G4 as well as G5 feature the Exynos 5400 modem, which is objectively the worst cellular networking chip in any flagship phone today and largely responsible for the wildly inconsistent battery numbers you can find for the Pixel line on the web.

To avoid any confusion in the review comments, I am posting this to highlight that we've just updated the battery life & charging sections as well as the thermal throttling section. The Pixels 10, 10 Pro, and 10 Pro XL have all shown notable improvements across the board in our new tests.

Anonymous, 09 Sep 2025When you compare the last 50 megapixel sample image with the eighth 2x sample image, you can c... moreI have also seen a comparison between the Pixel 10 Pro Fold and the Pixel 10 Pro and in good light conditions, the 10x image quality (in the default mode) is nearly identical because in the default mode of the Pixel 10 Pro, Google always uses analog binning. So Google doesn't leverage the 48 megapixel mode of the sensor in the default mode. Only when you manually enable the 48 megapixel mode, binning is disabled for 10x photos.
And apparently, as the 10x image quality is very similar, Google advertises 10x optical quality (official specifications!) for the Pixel 10 Pro Fold and Pixel 10. It's crazy. Upscaling a 2-3 megapixel crop from a 10.8 megapixel or 12 megapixel sensor is now called optical quality.
