This is my first iPhone, bought as a used device on December 9, 2025, with battery at 91% and 553 cycles. The phone has a solid build, great design and high quality screen, super performance! The iOS experience feels unique: secure, smoother, and useful features compared to my previous Android devices (Since 2013).
Downsides: Battery drains surprisingly fast for me. The phone gets noticeably warm after just 5 minutes of camera use. Some iOS limitations annoy me: no permanent number row on the keyboard (have to switch to numbers/symbols), text cursor is sometimes hard to precisely place/move, no built-in Wi-Fi QR code sharing, can't always decline incoming calls, and you can't disable an alarm just for today without deleting it
Overall, still a solid premium device despite these quirks

When you type and you make a mistake, you can go back and correct it by pressing and holding the space button on your keyboard and moving your finger (like scrolling) slowly while keeping the space button pressed to navigate to the word and/or letter you wanna correct, try it, it works.

I honestly don't know how to begin my frustrations. Being a long time android user I was looking forward to the "it just works" however
Lack of decent keyboard options, SwiftKey and gboard feel feature lacking to the android counterparts.
Lack of a back button, basic navigation is a fundamental missing feature, the gesture works 60% of the time only and some apps you're hunting forever to see how to go back.
Sometimes the keyboard just disappears...
Downloading, managing, opening and transferring files is an absolute nightmare, you have to use Apple oriented policed enforcement to do anything by using apps, sometimes at a cost, basic file transferring should not be so locked down.
When typing and you make a mistake, think you can go back and edit the middle of the word? Good luck!
My comprehension for the love and high scores for iPhones is beyond me... There must be some kind of psychological hypnotism that I'm not under
