OnePlus Android

A recent article by Android Headlines that covers three continents and collects data from four independent analyst firms suggests that OnePlus will soon shut down. The poor sales performance in the last couple of years, the fact that OnePlus is losing market share, and the closure of many offices around the world have led Android Headlines to believe that the company is done for.

However, the CEO of OnePlus India came out with an official statement quickly after to refute the claims and assure fans and OnePlus employees that the company's operations continue without issues.

I wanted to address some misinformation that has been circulating about OnePlus India and its operations.

Perhaps some shareholders got nervous because the statement seems to be addressing them directly, urging them to "verify information from official sources".

In any case, even if OnePlus isn't doing great right now, they have Oppo to lean on. In fact, Oppo already took action a few years back, "bailing" OnePlus with a $14 billion infusion.
