OnePlus Nord CE6 Lite brings a 7,000mAh battery and a 6.72-inch display

Alongside the Nord CE6, which was unveiled in India today, OnePlus also introduced the Nord CE6 Lite. The more affordable Lite variant comes with a Dimensity 7400 Apex chipset and offers a 7,000mAh battery.

The OnePlus Nord CE6 Lite sports a 6.72-inch LCD display that supports a resolution of FHD+ and a refresh rate of 144Hz. It is claimed to offer 1000 nits in high brightness mode (HBM) and a 240Hz touch sampling rate.

Under the hood, the phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Apex SoC, which is coupled with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It also gets a microSD card slot for storage expansion.

In the camera department, the Nord CE6 Lite has a similar dual-camera setup as the standard CE6. There’s a 50MP main camera (OV50D40) paired with a 2MP monochrome sensor. For selfies, the phone features an 8MP front-facing camera.

The Nord CE6 Lite houses a 7,000mAh battery with support for 45W wired and 10W wired reverse charging. It runs Android 16-based OxygenOS 16 out-of-the-box.

Other specs include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, dual SIM with 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and an IP64 rating.


OnePlus is offering the Nord CE6 Lite in Hyper Black and Vivid Mint color options with sales starting May 12. The phone will be available via the official OnePlus India online store, Amazon, and select offline retailers.

It is priced at INR 20,999 ($225) for the 6GB/128GB model and INR 22,999 ($245) for the 8GB/128GB option. Meanwhile, there’s also an 8GB/256GB variant that will cost you INR 25,999 ($275).

C'mon just make 7 inch the new standard already! Been stuck with 6.7-6.8 inches as standard for 5 years now!
