Oppo reveals the main specs for the Pad 5 Pro and Pad Mini

Oppo is launching the Pad 5 Pro and the Pad Mini on April 21 alongside the Find X9 Ultra and the Find X9s Pro. Now, the brand has revealed more details about the upcoming tablets.

The Pad 5 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. It has a 13.2-inch 3.4K LCD screen with 144Hz refresh rate and 1,000-nit peak brightness, and a 13,380 mAh battery with support for 67W wired charging.

This tablet will be 5.94mm thick and will weigh 672g. It will have support for a keyboard case with a trackpad and backlit keys, and this will be sold separately.

The Oppo Pad Mini will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, and will boast an 8.8-inch 2.5K OLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate and 2.99mm ultra-narrow bezels. This tablet will pack an 8,000 mAh battery. It will weigh 279g and will be 5.39mm thick.

Android allows me to use a full os which is absolutely needed on a big tablet. IpadOS is a toy, I need shell access and desktop level control from time to time, which iPads could do for years and years, yet refuse to so that to protect their mac s...

hope oppo will put some proper OS for the oppo mini and with proper support like HDR 10+ & dolby vision certified also proper screen tech like its smartphone. the redmagic astra tablet was nice but it lacks in lots of way

Honestly, bezels on a tablet is a good thing. Otherwise it becomes difficult to hold and operate.
