Motorola Android Rumors

The Edge 70 series from Motorola already has five members, and we’re expecting at least one new entry to join them. Previous reports indicated that it would be the Motorola Edge 70 Ultra, but we now have a new DigitalCitizen report, giving us our first look at the Edge 70 Max.

This one is shaping up to be the top-tier entry in the Edge 70 series, armed with Qualcomm’s non-Elite Snapdragon 8 Gen 5. The report reveals it will come in Onyx black, Sage green, and Glacier blue colors. The leak reveals it will feature an AMOLED display and a triple camera setup with a 50MP Sony Lytia sensor.

We also get confirmation that the device brings MIL-STD 810H certification, which will likely be joined by a proper IP rating.

There’s no mention of battery capacity and charging speeds, but we do get a clue that the device will support wireless charging, as seen in one of the press images. The leak did not reveal any pricing and availability details.

We previously saw rumors of an Edge 70 Ultra, which also appeared with the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip, but it remains to be seen if that is the same device as the newly leaked Edge 70 Max.

So it's going to be the exact same as the Motorola Signature? But something slightly different? Still won't have 1TB in Europe. So I won't pay any attention to Motorola anyway.
