Dreame shows off gilded Aurora phone with three designs that are steeped in symbolism
After smart rings and action cameras Dreame, a brand that got famous for its robotic vacuums, is expanding into the smartphone business. A couple of weeks ago at a launch event in Poland, the company showed off the Dreame RS1, Air1 and E1. Now the company’s Weibo account is posting images of a luxury Dreame Aurora that doesn’t seem to be based on any one of those three.
The bejeweled, gold-covered design certainly screams “opulence”... or maybe it screams something else depending on your taste levels. There are three different designs to choose from, maybe you like one more than the others.
The first Dreame Aurora look is based on the Phoenix - that mythical bird that keeps getting reincarnated. The next design is based on a Dragon with meticulously crafted scales. The third design features a Golden Horse.

The Weibo posts don’t have any hardware details, but they talk about how these designs are for the “discerning collector”, which we assume is code for “don’t ask about the price”.
We don’t know whether the luxury Aurora models will even be available outside of China yet. Even if they don’t, the RS1 has a golden option for those who absolutely must have the precious metal.
By the way, Dreame is also working on smart rings, an action camera and even an electric car.
