Two brownsers apps, two alarm clocks apps, two notes apps and maybe 10-20 dual other apps thanks no.
Maybe you dont know but said bloatware in most phones is easily removable by uninstall.

Cpt.Power, 24 Jul 2026You funny. With mid tier CPU and much less bloatware it beats endurance rating of any samsung phone.problem is the bloatware never really goes away and while the hardware is very good, the software side is still behind, especially with updates reliability

Thats a "significant" boost? Wild that Samsung is still limiting their batteries to 5000mah while other phones are already at 6000~7000mah.

And dont talk to me about safety or it not fitting. Other companies can fit a much larger battery in a much thinner phone.

I get it, your experience sucked and you're unhappy, it makes sense, but that doesn't mean the whole brand sucks.

Here in UK Honor is as solid as any other mainstream brand and my experience with them so far has been 10/10, hardware and software wise. Which made me question your comment in the first place. Maybe you got unlucky with your import, maybe you're just exaggerating for the attention. I don't know, I don't care. Fact is, Honor is a solid brand and I can vouch for it with my own money.

I don't know about any previous usage from them. They seem to have been taken really well care of and may not have been used as frequently as yours is. Besides it also heavily depends on the apps you run and games you play daily. I don't run Genshin Impact like titles or really any games on my Folds; That's what my 2 PCs or Switch 2; OLED: and Lite are for. Besides the Fold 6 came out in 2024 so it still hasn't hit it's 3 year mark. Fold 5 and 4 yes but again depends on how heavily you use your devices. I recommend checking battery health or trying to get a the battery replaced. Keep in mind phone life spans are only about 3-4 years nowadays Phone manufactures don't want you to keep using your phone for 10+ years.

Don't get me wrong I've bought some real pieces of work in terms of Samsung devices used and still have (Flip 3 5G; S20+) that don't even last 3/4 of a day. Heck even the Galaxy Watch 5 I still got is abysmal in battery life. I was skeptical of buying more used Samsung stuff after seeing the Nasty battery life of older models but the Folds were worth it. I can use one all day and still be above 40% and even better around 60 to 70 % with battery saver on all day (Fold 4). It all depends. I wouldn't go back to a Flip or S Series phone again anyways.

And "very customisable" while MagicOS doesn't even let you change the default launcher ๐Ÿ’€

Also battery life is inconsistent, look at this awful 2h44min of SOT I got: https://imgur.com/a/WEmi8Qp
(magic8 pro air has 5500mAh) or the GSMArena battery test of the Magic V6 (worse than RAZR Fold and Find N6 despite V6 bigger battery).
Plus, Honor video and low-light performance is garbage.

Amazing hardware, garbage iOS ripoff software (basically most Chinese phones experience tbf).

Two days is very good in fact. Of course, compared to the good old dumb-phones of the 90's it's ridiculous as those could work for a whole week but unless technology improves so much you'll have to settle with two days max. After 3 years still one day is also normal. Is it fine to have such degradation for any phone (expensive or budget)? No, not at all but it's like that and no brand can claim it's not. About these new batteries it's too early to see how well they will fare in a few years.
